Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve queries and provide information
Follow up on payments/services
Maintain call records and system updates
Meet daily targets with professional communication
Eligibility:
12th pass / Graduate
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Must know: Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam + basic English
Basic computer knowledge required
Preferred:
BPO / Sales / Collections / Customer Support experience
DRA certification (higher salary benefit)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (based on qualification & experience)
