Job Description

Handle inbound calls from parents regarding school transportation services

* Make outbound calls to parents whenever required for follow-ups, updates, or 

issue resolution

* Address queries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner

* Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

* Record and update call details in the system

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively

* Maintain a calm, patient, and helpful approach while handling concerns

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Good communication skills in English (local languages are an added advantage)

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)

* Good listening skills and a patient attitude

* Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently

* Typing skills with good speed and accuracy
