Job Title: Telecaller/ Telemarketing.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle customer calls, provide information about resort services, and assist with bookings. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain resort offers and packages.

*Handle inbound calls from customers regarding room bookings and resort services.

*Provide information about rooms, amenities, prices, and special offers.

*Maintain customer data and call records.

*Follow up with customers for booking confirmation.

*Coordinate with the reservations team for booking details.

*Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
