📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

💳 Follow up with customers for EMI and debt collections

🗣️ Negotiate payment plans and convince customers for timely payments

📋 Maintain call records and update customer information accurately

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

💻 Use computer systems and CRM tools for process updates

🤝 Resolve customer queries politely and professionally

📈 Coordinate with team leaders for recovery and collection activities

📢 Ensure high-quality voice process and customer interaction standards

💰 Salary:

💵 ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 (As per Experience & Skill)

🎯 Incentive:

💸 ₹70,000+ (As per Performance)
