💼 Position: Telecaller – Lead Generation
💰 Salary: ₹23,000 In-Hand | ₹27,000 CTC
🕒 Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM & 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Week Off: Rotational Week Off

📌 Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and generate interest in Snabbit’s services
• Explain company services and benefits clearly to customers
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and onboarding support
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Use provided data effectively to connect with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status
✅ Candidate Requirements
• Hindi communication is mandatory
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation preferred
• Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes
• Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
