• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Call prospective families from CRM data and introduce The Holidays Club services.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport, explain membership benefits, and handle queries effectively.
• Target Achievement: Ensure minimum monthly targets (e.g., 20 families sent for meetings).
• CRM Usage: Update call status, maintain accurate records, and follow up systematically.
• Call Quality: Use the official calling app sincerely, ensuring calls are recorded and monitored.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Manager to improve performance.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of families contacted and converted.
• Quality of customer interactions (tone, professionalism, clarity).
• Consistency in CRM updates and call recordings.
