We are hiring proactive, sales-driven Telemarketing & Client Relationship Executives to market our payroll software, convince potential clients, manage accounts, and coordinate closely with our field sales team (BDMs).

Job Overview

Job Title: Telemarketing & Client Relationship Executive

Department: Marketing & Client Success

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)

Work Model: Work from Office

Location: Hoodi Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Phone Marketing: Search for potential business leads online (SMEs, startups, HR heads) and contact them over the phone to introduce, pitch, and market our Payroll Software.

BDM Coordination: Book client meetings/demos and map schedules for Field BDMs (Business Development Managers) to conduct live on-site visits.

Lifecycle Account Management: Serve as the primary account owner and point of contact for clients—assisting them, resolving doubts, and maintaining a long-term working relationship throughout their journey.

Pipeline Tracking: Update and maintain daily call records, demo schedules, and client status reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Freshers / 0–10 years experience. (Candidates with Strong sales-driven & convincing mindset, and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both "Kannada or any Regional language" & Hindi is mandatory (Excellent communication skills in English required).

Skills: Strong sales-driven & convincing mindset, polite & pleasing customer handling abilities, excellent telephone presence, sharp objection handling, strong organizational skills, and basic computer/excel knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000 / month (Final salary based on qualification, skills, prior experience/salary if applicable, and interview performance).

Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month extra linked to performance and client conversion/retention.

Training Program: Complete, structured training on payroll software features, pitch scripts, and account coordination provided from Day 1.

Working Hours & Schedule

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: Standard Business Hours (e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
