Job Description
Tata Capital is hiring Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products over phone calls. The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Sell products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Credit Cards, and Insurance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
