Job Description
We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Voice Process in the insurance domain. This role involves interacting with customers over calls, explaining insurance products, and generating sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:SSLC, PUC and Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Kannada and Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work from office at RT Nagar, Bangalore
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in telesales, voice process, or insurance sales
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
