About the Role:Canara HSBC Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outgoing Sales Telecaller to join the Bangalore team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, promoting insurance products, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain life insurance products and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers for policy conversion.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
