Job Description
Customer sales for e- commerce platform
Outbound Telesales: Agents proactively call prospective or existing customers (cold calling or warm calling) to pitch products, offer upgrades, or generate leads.
Inbound Telesales: Agents receive incoming calls from customers who are responding to advertisements or have expressed interest, and the agent guides them toward making a purchase.
Key Responsibilities
BPO telesales representatives perform several core tasks to drive sales:
Pitching Products: Explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of a product or service.
Handling Objections: Addressing customer hesitations or concerns and providing accurate information to close the deal.
Lead Qualification: Filtering prospects to ensure they are a good fit for the product and have the intent/budget to buy.
Database Management: Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with interaction notes and sales data.
