Job Description
Hiring: Telesales Executive
We are hiring Telesales Executives for the TATA AIA process. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills to handle customer interactions and generate sales over calls.
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass and above
• Freshers or minimum 6 months experience in Telesales / Insurance / Personal Loan
Languages Required:
• English + Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers through outbound calls
• Explain insurance products and services clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain daily call records and updates
• Achieve sales and performance targets
Work Details:
• 6 days working
• 1 rotational week off
• General shift
