Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handover.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.



  • Work Schedule Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Tuesday
