🧑‍💼 Warehouse Manager – Job Profile (Girani Stores)

📍 Role ObjectiveTo ensure accurate inventory control, efficient production support, and timely distribution to all Girani outlets while minimizing wastage, stock variance, and operational delays.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities
• 1. 📦 Inventory ManagementMaintain real-time stock records (raw materials + finished goods)
• Track batch-wise inventory (especially for masala & oil)
• Monitor expiry, shelf life, and FIFO/FEFO implementation
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

• 2. 🏭 Production CoordinationCoordinate with production team for:
• Customized masala orders
• Oil extraction planning
• Ensure availability of raw materials before production cycles
• Maintain production vs output tracking (yield efficiency)
• 3. 🚚 Store Supply & DistributionPlan and execute daily dispatch to 3 retail outlets
• Ensure:
• Correct quantity
• Correct SKU
• Timely delivery
• Maintain inter-store stock transfer records
• 4. 📊 Stock Planning & ReorderingAnalyze sales trends from stores
• Maintain minimum stock levels (reorder points)
• Raise purchase/production requests proactively
• Avoid:
• Stockouts
• Overstocking (especially perishable items)
• 5. 🧾 Documentation & System ManagementEnsure all entries in ERP/software (e.g., Grofural / Zoho / any system you finalize) are:
• Accurate
• Real-time
• Maintain:
• GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Issue slips
• Batch records
• Production logs
• 6. 👥 Team HandlingSupervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Ensure discipline, safety, and hygiene standards

• 7. 🧼 Quality & ComplianceEnsure:
• Clean and hygienic storage conditions
• Proper storage of spices and oils
• Follow FSSAI guidelines for food handling
• Avoid contamination and moisture damage
• 8. 💰 Cost & Loss ControlMinimize:
• Wastage
• Leakage (especially oil)
• Pilferage
• Track dead stock and slow-moving items
• 📈 Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)Inventory accuracy (%)
• Stock variance (target: <1–2%)
• Order fulfillment rate
