Job Title: Purchase Executive

Department: Procurement / Purchase

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering


Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience in procurement activities, preferably from a mechanical/manufacturing background. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end purchase activities for mechanical components, raw materials, and consumables
  • Identify and develop new vendors and maintain existing supplier relationships
  • Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up for timely delivery
  • Ensure material quality as per company standards
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages/excess stock
  • Track market trends and price fluctuations
