Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

Role Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage,

inventory control, pick and dispatch to outlets. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and

compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Operations Management

o Daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

o Plan daily pick & dispatch schedules for outlets/training center/event.

o Ensure smooth workflow and manpower allocation

 Inventory Control

o Maintain accurate stock records (manual/system)

o Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for food products

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

o Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation

 Quality & Compliance

o Ensure proper handling of food and packaging materials

o Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards

o Check for damaged/expired stock and take action

 Team Supervision

o Assign tasks to warehouse helpers

o Train staff on processes and safety

o Monitor performance and discipline

 Dispatch & Coordination

o Pick & verify orders before dispatch to outlets/training center/event.

o Coordinate with procurement/vendors/Logistic partner for inbound deliveries.

o Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

 Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain GRNs, dispatch/outward records, stock reports

o Report discrepancies, damages, and operational issues

o Track KPIs like dispatch accuracy and stock variance

Requirements

 2–5 years warehouse experience (preferably food/FMCG)

 Basic knowledge of inventory systems (Excel/WMS)

 Understanding of FIFO/FEFO and warehouse processes

 Leadership and team handling experience
