Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MarTech AI Consultant with 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), with strong expertise in AI-driven marketing solutions — including Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems.
As a Martech AI Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable MarTech architectures, and implementing marketing and advertising technology solutions across analytics, content supply chain, campaign orchestration, and customer engagement ecosystems.
You will work at the intersection of business, marketing, data, and technology to drive intelligent, automated, and performance-focused marketing transformations. Your role will involve conducting vendor assessments, optimizing MarTech/AdTech stacks, and driving business development efforts in the digital marketing platform space.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI-first MarTech solutions. Identify opportunities to embed Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI into campaign planning, personalization, media optimization, and content operations.
- Implement scalable MarTech ecosystems that integrate marketing automation, CDPs, analytics, content supply chain platforms, with AI decisioning layers- primarily Adobe tools
- Conduct MarTech maturity assessments with a focus on AI readiness, data infrastructure, model governance, and automation capabilities.
- Evaluate vendors based on GenAI functionality, agentic orchestration capabilities, API maturity, LLM integrations, and responsible AI controls.
- Evaluate next-generation MarTech/AdTech platforms, including LLM-powered marketing tools, AI copilots, content automation engines, and autonomous media buying systems. Recommend scalable, future-ready solutions aligned to business strategy.
- Support the design and build of agentic AI capabilities by working closely with technology and data teams
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (client and internal teams including marketing, data science, engineering, legal, and compliance) to deliver AI-led MarTech initiatives.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, client proposals, and solution accelerators focused on AI in marketing. Develop POVs, case studies, and frameworks on GenAI, Agentic AI, and the future of autonomous marketing platforms.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Exposure to Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts for marketing, including AI-powered content generation, intelligent campaign orchestration, and automated customer journey workflows.
- Experience in marketing research, client engagement, and delivering end-to-end MarTech solutions, including building AI-driven personalization and automated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, operating models, and enterprise marketing technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in MarTech/AdTech transformation and assessments, with proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and exposure to native AI agents in these platforms.
Additional Information:
- Proven working experience (5+ years) in digital marketing/advertising platforms across industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including data, content, marketing automation, campaign performance management, personalization, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing MarTech and AdTech systems, including AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, campaign management, personalization, content management, and analytics platform
- Experience advising stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption frameworks, and ROI measurement, translating AI capabilities into actionable marketing solutions.
- Strong functional consulting experience in Adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and MarTech integrations, with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
- Strong functional consulting, analytical, and communication skills to deliver AI-enabled marketing solutions, support cross-functional teams, and scale capabilities across client environments.
