Agile Scrum Master

Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizes resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.

• Manages, plans, monitors and administers a large project independently to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes and manages resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues!
• Ensures the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, timeframes, etc.
• Leads IT projects such as systems integration, systems architecture, new product development or custom systems development, utilizing established Project Management methodologies.
• Delivers project management responsibilities within a matrix environment.
• Delivers and completes simultaneous projects of varying complexity according to standards, meeting or exceeding expectations!
• Leads projects for multi-faceted delivery
  

  We expect you to have:

• At least 7+ years’ experience in Agile product development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or cross-team role.

• Experience working with senior leadership and handling customer expectations. 

• Strong understanding of Agile and scaled Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).

• Proven experience managing complex dependencies and aligning multiple teams toward common goals. 

• Exceptional facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

It would be great if you have:

• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) is a plus

• Product development experience in a financial technology and services organization is a plus

• Experience coaching Agile teams is a plus

• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in an Agile environment is a plus
