Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our world-class systems, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Candidate should have: GNU/Linux, Linux - Flatcar, Linux - CentOS, Linux - Oracle, Linux - RHEL, Linux - SUSE, Linux - Ubuntu
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Strong understanding of system configuration and management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving operating system issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and improve processes.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
