Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Legal Apprentice» has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the "Legal & Compliance" department in charge of all legal & compliance masters in the region.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [July 2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

● Contract Drafting & Management : Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading standard legal documents, including  Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and vendor contracts, under  the supervision of the Legal Counsel. 

o Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring accurate tracking of expiration,  renewal, and key obligations.

● Legal Research & Operations : Conduct legal research on specific statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to the  company's business and support in  preparing compliance reports , power of attorneys and legal documentation.

● Special Projects : Support and assist special projects due to change of law or Airbus policies which require cross functional mapping ( eg Data Protection Laws & New Labour codes ) 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

● Practical aspects of legal operations of a company including contract negotiation and administration, deployment of compliance actions/ programs 

● Project management skills 

● Legal acumen on aviation and corporate law matters. 

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:

• You are a Fresh Law Graduate with a preference of corporate law .

• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
  

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or B.A.LL.B. or B.Com.LL.B.

-Corporate exposure/projects during internships completed during the academic curriculum

- Excellent proficiency in G suite (Doc, Slides & Sheets) 

- Soft Skills :

- Team spirit, Proactive, Autonomous, etc.

- Ability to learn/adapt 

- Language skills :- English :Fluent
