As a vital contributor to the team, you will take part in power estimation and measurement, helping engineers improve their builds for better efficiency. What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting pre- and post-silicon power analysis to ensure compliance with power budgets.

  • Correlating simulation models with actual silicon measurements to improve accuracy and ensure thermal management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and validate power optimization strategies.

  • Assisting designers in optimizing builds for power efficiency, ensuring flawless implementations.

  • Contributing to the advancement and optimization of power estimation tools and methodologies.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of proven experience in low-power analysis, power estimation, and ASIC development.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, and hardware description languages like SystemVerilog.

  • Strong understanding of transistor-level leakage, dynamic power dissipation, and power modeling tools.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a determined approach to tackling challenges.

  • Ability to work well with diverse groups and convey complex technical ideas clearly.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with advanced power management techniques.Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to power optimization.

  • Experience with commonly used EDA tools and approaches in the industry.

  • Strong publication record in relevant conferences or journals.

  • Leadership experience in cross-functional projects.
