Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Supply Management function to head up our Operations function. The successful candidate will work closely with all arears of Supply Management, including working closely with senior leadership, being responsible for implementing common standards across Group Supply Management which is essential to the firm’s operations.
Strategic Supply Management Leadership
•Lead all Supply Management and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities in India across outsourced and offshored suppliers•Develop and execute the Supply Management roadmap, embedding Group best practices and governance while tailoring processes to KGS frameworks•Represent KGS business needs within Group Supply Management processes, multi-year sourcing strategies, and supplier negotiationsCountry Leadership Interface & Representation
•Act as the primary procurement advisor to Group Supply Management Leadership (UK & Swiss), ensuring sourcing decisions meet business priorities•Champion offshoring requirements in Group sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract designs•Advise senior stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and safeguard Group commercial interestsRoles & responsibilities (Continued)
Comprehensive Outsourced services & Supplier Management
•Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of outsourced supplier engagements, including sourcing, contracting, and performance management•Manage large offshore outsourced service providers, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and service outcomes are consistently achieved•Drive supplier performance assessments, remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Procurement Budget Ownership & Financial Governance
•Validate and manage supplier spend, challenge submissions, and ensure adherence to contractual rate cards•Drive cost optimization, demand management, and TCO analysis.Commercial Acumen, Influence & Governance
•Participate in Group governance forums, including performance reviews and deal boards•Ensure compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and Group commercial frameworks.Risk, Compliance & Contract Assurance
•Lead procurement risk management of offshored suppliers ensuring appropriate controls and supplier resilience.•Oversee compliance activities including due diligence, audits, regulatory checks, and supplier risk assessments.•Ensure all contractual modifications meet Indian and Group governance requirements; oversee SoW and change controls.Stakeholder Engagement & Navigation
•Build and maintain senior-level relationships across India, including Partners, Domain Leads, Finance, Legal, and Operations.•Influence decisions through commercial insights and governance expertise.•Represent KGS in global procurement forums, prioritizing Group interests.Leadership, People & Capability Development
•Lead the India-based Supply Management team fostering a culture of professionalism, commercial discipline, and continuous improvement.

Work experience
•8 – 10 years of supply management and supplier relationship management experience, including 5 years in a managerial role•Strong commercial and finance acumen with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and supplier proposals•Leadership experience in procurement or supply management, preferably within multinational or regulated environments and experience managing outsourced service providers in India•Experience representing procurement to senior leadership; deep understanding of Indian market dynamics, regulations, procurement governance and risk•Proven experience in managing multi-faceted procurement teams•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills•Highly organized with strong analytical capability and financial oversight experience•Degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline.••
