Automation Business Analyst – Assistant Manager-MFT - KGS CH

The Business Analyst works on a team of onshore and offshore Business Analyst Personnel. This role involves close collaboration with KPMG business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs through the design and implementation of automation technologies. The role requires proficiency in RPA, Agentic, GenAI and Power platform solutions

•Establish and maintain relationships with KPMG business stakeholders and technology partners to enhance project delivery and implement business solutions that address business needs.•Develop strategic roadmaps for automation technologies to align with business objectives. The technologies to include RPA, GenAI, Agent solution and Power platform•Create detailed  requirements documents and deliverables that outline requirements including inputs, process flows, outputs, exception paths, and error handling.•Design and build test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.•Work alongside the development team to PDD (Process Design Documents test plans, and other project documentation.•Must excel in articulating business benefits, ROI calculations and vision for future state•Maintain expertise in automation tools, recommend enhancements, contribute to reference architecture, and improve standards, guidelines, and practices.•Stay informed about industry trends and developments, particularly in Generative AI, automation, and process mining.•Provide business analyst services as needed by KPMG.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.•Proven automation experience in domain areas such as Finance, Controllership, Talent & Culture, Risk & compliance (non-banking) and Admin services
