We are currently seeking a AWS Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable, and secure data platforms in AWS. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Data Mesh architecture, Data Lake and Data Warehousing design, and delivering AI/ML solutions to enable intelligent data-driven decisions across the organization.
________________________________________Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement cloud-native data platforms on AWS, supporting both operational and analytical workloads.
• Design and implement Data Mesh frameworks to enable domain-oriented data ownership and decentralized data management.
• Build robust Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions using AWS services like S3, Glue, lambda, Redshift, and Athena.
• Define data ingestion, transformation, quality, cataloging, and governance frameworks using services like AWS Glue, Lake Formation, Apache Hudi/Delta, and DataBrew.
• Experience in migration of Oracle based DWH to AWS
• Develop and operationalize AI/ML pipelines using SageMaker, Bedrock, and other AWS-native or open-source tools.
• Ensure strong data security, compliance, and governance practices aligned with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with data product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Lead performance optimization, cost-efficiency strategies, and infrastructure automation (IaC, CI/CD).
• Evangelize best practices in data architecture, mesh principles, and AI/ML enablement across teams.

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem:
o S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation, Step Functions, Lambda
o EMR, Kinesis, DynamoDB, RDS, and Aurora
o Data formats: Parquet, Apache Iceberg
• Proven experience building and maintaining Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of Data Mesh principles and implementation patterns.
• Hands-on with AI/ML model development and deployment using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, or third-party tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala/PySpark for data processing and transformation.
• Experience in real time data processing using Kinesis or Kafka
• Strong background in data modeling, governance, lineage, and metadata management.
• Experience with DevOps for Data – IaC (CloudFormation or Terraform), CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
