Job Description
- Strong Business Analysis experience with exposure to customer journey design, process documentation, and process streamlining.
- Prefer candidates with Retail Fraud, Credit, and Collections domain experience.
- Ability to work across business and technology teams to design and improve customer servicing and fraud mitigation journeys.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
- Prior HSBC experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
