What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with over a decade of hands-on expertise in designing and governing complex IT architectures across government and private sector organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business objectives, developing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies, regulatory compliance, emerging technologies, and large-scale system integration

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy
  • Define and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps.
  • Align IT strategies with business goals to enable operational efficiency and innovation.
• Architecture Development & Governance
  • Design and oversee enterprise-wide architecture frameworks covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
  • Establish architecture governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and interoperability.
  • Develop solution architecture guidelines for government and private sector projects.
• Technology & Solution Design
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, cloud adoption strategies, and digital platforms.
  • Lead large-scale system integration and modernization programs.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Engage with government agencies, private sector partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards (TOGAF, Zachman, NIST, ISO), and security frameworks.
  • Drive compliance with government policies, procurement guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring
  • Lead cross-functional architecture teams and mentor solution architects and technical leads.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in architecture processes.

What you need to bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture roles with experience across both government and private sectors.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF).
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, API management, and data architecture.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance mandates in public and private sectors.
• Certifications (preferred): TOGAF Certified, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, PMP. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
