In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren’t really using the internet meaningfully yet. Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business, product, and operations teams to analyze data, generate insights, improve processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance
• Translate business questions into structured analytical problems
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making initiatives
• Assist in designing and implementing business solutions backed by data insights
• Document business requirements, process flows, and key definitions clearly
• Present insights, recommendations, and findings effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency

• Experience with dashboards/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business questions into data analysis
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
