Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. You will engage in strategic discussions to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing business cases that align with strategic goals.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to guide implementation efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
