Business Associate
The Group Managing Partner Office in Group Corporate Services is the backbone of KPMG, providing essential day-to-day services that keep the firm running smoothly. We manage a wide range of services which include:
• Corporate Development
• Partnership Office
• Group Corporate Services Transformation
• COO Operations
This role sits within the Central Operations Team of Group Corporate Services Transformation, which has responsibility for
• Supporting the delivery of the overall business strategy across the domains within the Enhanced BAU structure
• Harnessing new technologies to drive digitalization and automation of processes.
• Maximising the existing technology
Role and Responsibilities
- Create new dashboards that support business needs and provide ongoing support for existing dashboards ensuring accuracy relevance and ease of use
- Amend modify and optimise dashboards in response to business needs
- Create new reports that support business needs
- Amend and enhance reports to maintain accuracy and relevance
- Create and maintain standard Quick Message templates to support fast and consistent communication across teams
- Review and update Quick Message templates regularly and ensure standardisation across style and wording
- Manage the upgrade system testing which includes maintaining full and detailed test scripts across the Domains, identifying user testers, ensuring that testing is completed on time ahead of the upgrade and managing all communication to the domains
- Oversee the BAU incidents being raised with Group Digital and responsible for communication and escalation across these incidents into the Head of Enhanced BAU ServiceNow
- Support the Head of Enhanced BAU ServiceNow to identify and prioritise small change
Responsible for managing the testing activities in support of upgrades
Experience, Qualification and Skills
- MBA (preference to specialization to Operations)
- 2-3 Years experience in similar domain
The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience administering ServiceNow and knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD
- Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, reports and configuration
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Customer centric, proactive and collaborative
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Organised adaptable and detail focussed
Mandatory technical & functional skills
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CoPilot, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written).
- ServiceNow Proficiency on : Dashboards & Data Visualisations, Reporting & Analytics and Development of Templates
Preferred Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS‑HRSD)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Certification / Micro‑Cert
