We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Testing Analyst Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Data & Quality Analyst to support test data management activities, ensure testing readiness, and contribute to reporting and process improvements. The ideal candidate will assist Test Leads, develop dashboards for clear visibility of progress, and perform quality checks to maintain high testing standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Support test data management activities, including data preparation, validation, and coordination with relevant teams.

Assist Test Leads and serve as a back-up or proxy when required to maintain continuity in test operations.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate team activities, progress, risks, and achievements.

Conduct quality checks on testing processes, documentation, and deliverables, recommending improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2–6 years of experience in testing, test data management, QA operations, or related functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Familiarity with software testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.

Good communication and coordination skills to support leads and cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to data validation, test automation, or data governance practices.

Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, qTest, or other test management tools.

Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
