Business Development Manager – Loan Against Property| Bangalore

1. The BDM – LAP is responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing. 
2. The role requires full ownership of the file journey from lead generation to disbursement and customer service while ensuring profitable and compliant business growth.

1. Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels.
2. Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan.
3. Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
4. Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service.
5. Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
6. Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/TD).
7. Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs
8. Provide regular MIS and performance updates to reporting manager.
