Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency. You will engage in discussions to define organizational roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the changes align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will also require you to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback, ultimately driving the successful execution of initiatives that enhance business function performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
