Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges. The position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and active engagement with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Support the implementation of new technologies by aligning processes with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Should have experience in supporting MOM applications in that past.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and collaboration practices.
- Competence in using tools for process mapping and user analysis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
