What you'll do:

 

• As an Associate Data Services Consultant, you will act as a bridge between business and data, enabling customers to make informed decisions through analytics and insights.
• Gather and interpret client business requirements to develop actionable reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
• Resolve reporting-related issues raised by external clients and provide effective analytical solutions.
• Deliver consultancy support on reporting challenges to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Recommend industry-specific and client-focused standard reports to enhance reporting effectiveness and business insights.
• Maintain strong client communication, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to effectively distribute reports and insights across organizational teams.
• Track and update project progress using internal project management tools.
• Work closely with consultants across different regions to design and develop reporting solutions.
• Gain exposure to data analysis, reporting, data pipeline design, and strategic planning while strengthening technical and customer engagement skills.

 

What you bring:

 

• Working experience of 1-5 years in reporting tools 
• Graduate in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with reporting and analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.
• Passionate about data consulting, analytics, and deriving actionable insights from data. 
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• A proactive team player with a curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn, upskill, and adapt in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
