Yes Bank Ltd, Frazer Town Branch located on Coles Road is looking for driven individuals to join their team as Sales Officers CASA, focusing on acquiring high-quality Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers and enhancing value through cross-selling financial products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Customer Acquisition:* Acquire new customers for CASA products, identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and explaining benefits.

- *Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization, achieving specific goals related to new accounts opened and deposit amounts.

- *Product Knowledge:* Thoroughly understand CASA products, including features, fees, and benefits, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

- *Cross-Selling:* Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services, such as fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, or insurance, based on customer needs and goals.

- *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.

- *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, conducting activities ethically and within the legal framework.

*Requirements:*

- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- *Experience:* 0-1 years of experience in sales or relevant fields.

- *Skills:* Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of banking products and compliance requirements.

- *Language:* Proficiency in local languages and English.
