Position Overview
The Assistant Manager position for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will support ERM process by reviewing member firm submissions, validating data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with ERM policies. The role includes conducting detailed analytics—leveraging AI tools—to identify key risks, emerging risks, and insights across member firms. The position is responsible for preparing high‑quality reporting and presentations for senior leadership, risk owners, and regional risk management teams. The role will also contribute to horizon‑scanning activities and scenario analysis to assess potential impacts of emerging risks on the network. Additionally, the role will perform testing and validation of information in ERM tools to ensure accuracy following tool updates or enhancements.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality output and work independently with minimal supervision. The role will require multi-tasking and managing changing priorities.
