Consultant - AI Engineer with Oracle Cloud

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with expertise in Python and cloud technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that integrate advanced AI and machine learning technologies. A strong focus will be on utilizing cloud platforms for building scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions.

 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven applications using Python, with a focus on leveraging cloud technologies.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSockets using Python frameworks, such as FastAPI or Flask.

• Implement microservices architecture to support scalable and modular AI applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and reliability.

• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in AI, cloud computing, and backend development.

• Utilize GenAI libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc., to develop advanced AI applications.

• Integrate and work with various large language models (LLMs), including Gemini, OpenAI, and Claude.

• Experience with Claude is a must for integrating and optimizing AI models.

• Implement RAG-based architectures and ensure their optimal performance.

• Monitor application performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python).

• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Oracle Cloud AI services).

• Practical experience with enterprise software development, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and global team environment.

• Over 4 years of experience in Python development with a focus on API development.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in integrating large language models (LLMs).

• Strong experience working in cloud environments with Oracle

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and deploying microservice-based applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Ability to fine-tune and optimize base large language models.

• Experience with setting up data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.

• Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.

• Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, or other advanced modern AI tooling.

• Prior work with cloud platforms - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

•  Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in developing applications with a strong understanding of cloud development practices.
