Project Role : Custom Software EngineerProject Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Be a expert IDM technical developer
b. Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications
c. Test solutions based on the design.
d. Configure and maintain key features of IDM and customize the solution.
e. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
a. Should have working knowledge and experience in development/Implementation/maintaining & supporting the Identity Management solution
b. Must possess knowledge on custom Java coding using API and Java development skills.
c. Must have worked on IDM framework components -OIM-11G,OAM-11G or above and SailPoint.
d. Knowledge on SQL and UNIX commands.
e. Have exposure to Integration of new targets and applications for the IDM framework
Additional Information:
Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis
