- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously explore and implement improvements to development processes and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and developing automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with various enterprise systems.

Having good experience in Microsoft Power Automate RPA developer skill (L10) with impeccable analytical, communication skills and ability to understand functional/architectural flow and learn new tasks quickly.
Good to have knowledge in working on Retail business with focus on RPA and AIML-led Automations.
