Daily activities include collaborating with team members, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that software solutions align with client needs and business objectives, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development process.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance for enhanced user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
