Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Role Details
o Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 technical components.
o Work on RICE components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions.
o Develop and optimize database objects such as tables, views, materialized views, synonyms, sequences, indexes, and triggers.
o Create and maintain PL/SQL objects including procedures, functions, and packages.
o Develop BI Publisher and Oracle Reports.
o Design and implement inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs, open interfaces, and staging tables.
o Perform data conversions and migrations using external tables, and PL/SQL.
o Customize and extend standard EBS functionality as per business requirements.
o Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize SQL queries and database objects.
o Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
o Prepare technical design documents (MD50, MD70, etc.) and maintain proper documentation.

Skill Set
o Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 architecture
o Experience with Oracle APIs and Interface Tables
o Strong knowledge of: Tables, Views, Materialized Views, Synonyms, Sequences, Indexes, Triggers
o Advanced proficiency in: PL/SQL (Procedures, Functions, Packages), Performance tuning and query optimization
o Additional - Workflow customization, Forms personalization
o Interfaces & Integration - Experience in - Open Interfaces, APIs and Web Services (preferred)
o Data Conversion - External Tables, Data migration strategies, and execution

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
