Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Having 8-10 years of experience in Maximo and expertise in Maximo Upgradation, Customization and Data migration projects
2. Design and develop technical architecture for Maximo Application Suite implementations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
3. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Maximo Application Suite with other enterprise systems.
5. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Maximo Application Suite applications.
6. Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Maximo Application Suite and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
7. Need to have contribution to multiple Maximo projects as SME Technical Experience


Technical Experience
1. Lead Technical delivery for IBM Maximo EAM/MAS Manage implementations and upgrades
2. Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite modules, including Asset Management, Work Management, and Inventory Management.
3. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Knowledge of MAS configurations, including SAML SSO, LDAP, JMS bundles, and MongoDB.
5. Hands-on experience with managing pods and containerized applications.
6. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and SQL scripting.
7. Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
