Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 platform. The candidate should be AA Master or Advanced Certified, with strong hands-on experience in bot development, control room configuration, and solution architecture. Must be capable of leading automation design discussions, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to RPA best practices.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and deploying robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to automation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- UiPath Advanced Certification is mandatory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
