Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in software development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used for automation and manufacturing software development.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes including agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of software components within manufacturing execution systems.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
