Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Customer RFQs (Requests for Quotations):

  - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  - Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding our 3D printing services.

2. Provide Pricing for Quotations:

  - Provide pricing for customer RFQs.

  - Ensure quotations are competitive and meet company standards.

3. Check Basic Design for 3D Printing:

  - Evaluate basic design files submitted by customers for printability.

  - Provide feedback and suggestions for design improvements to ensure successful 3D printing.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  - Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support.

  - Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.

5. Coordinate with Internal Teams:

  - Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  - Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.

  - Generate reports on customer inquiries, quotations provided, and order status.
