Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and RFQs professionally.
- Prepare quotations and basic cost calculations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Check basic design files for manufacturability/3D printing feasibility
- Coordinate with production and internal teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Inside Sales, or Quotation roles
- Basic knowledge of quotation preparation and calculations is mandatory.
- Mechanical/Engineering background preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and CRM tools like Zoho.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
