Customer Trust & Assurance Compliance Analyst-2

JLL, an international real estate management company, is seeking a Customer Trust & Assurance Compliance Analyst to join our cybersecuirty organization.  We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately

The primary and essential duty of a Customer Trust & Assurance Compliance Analyst is to coordinate the operation of the IT Compliance Client Response program for all JLL accounts. This position reports to, and works directly with, the Director of Customer Trust and Assurance.

The Customer Trust & Assurance Compliance Analyst will:

Support Existing Client Teams, JLL Client Sales, Marketing and Onboarding Processes

●        Assist with responding and reviewing information security questionnaires, Contract/MSA, RFI, Transition and due diligence requests to satisfy global client requirements and requests within documented SLA.

●        Fulfill a customer facing support role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the JLL IT Compliance point-of-contact to address security-related inquiries for sales, marketing, and transition processes. Provide expert guidance on security activities essential for onboarding clients who will utilize JLL's information technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.

●        Evaluate and analyze client-provided security requirements to ensure alignment with JLL's technology environments. This comprehensive assessment may encompass a thorough review of policies, security standards, and addendums incorporated into negotiated contracts and/or service agreements.

●        Facilitate client-requested information security evaluations, assessments, and audits. Diligently compile, generate, and safeguard essential artifacts to demonstrate compliance with client requirements, while adhering to company information protection protocols. Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintain the highest standards of data integrity throughout the process.

●        Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with designated Account Team Members responsible for overseeing client teams' implementation of JLL's cutting-edge information technology systems. This includes collaborating with JLL IT Security Team Members, Application Team Members, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization and seamless integration of our advanced technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with JLL Information Technology, Legal and Business Departments 

●        Deliver comprehensive updates on client security and compliance initiatives through ServiceNow, while also providing timely briefings to the Director of Customer Security Engagement during scheduled meetings and as requested. Ensure clear, concise communication of progress and any potential issues to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain client satisfaction.

●        Engage in collaborative discussions with JLL IT security, application, and operations teams to acquire essential artifacts and maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing information technology processes and information security controls.

●        Actively participate in consultations with JLL Legal to thoroughly review contracts, agreements, and addendum materials, ensuring full compliance between JLL and client requirements and expectations.

●        Conduct productive dialogues with various JLL business departments, including human resources and risk management, to identify and implement necessary activities that safeguard ongoing compliance with client information security standards and regulations.

Qualifications and skill

Certifications – Academic

- College diploma or university degree (Essential)

- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering (Desired)

Experience – Role-specific

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the information technology fields such as information security, technology sales and marketing, or technology account management.

·       A growing interest in information security, data privacy, or information technology auditing. 

·       General understanding of network, endpoint, and application security controls is required. 

·       A general understanding of security and privacy regulations, such as those implemented under the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), and international privacy laws required, along with a thorough understanding of security and auditing standards such as ISO (International Standards Organization) 27000, Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT), relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards.
