Summary:
As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage, govern, and secure its information assets effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that serves as a reliable source of truth, enabling seamless access and utilization of data across various departments. The position requires continuous collaboration with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. The Data Strategist plays a key role in fostering data-driven culture and ensuring that data initiatives align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate data governance practices to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
- Continuously assess emerging trends and technologies to enhance data strategy and architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with data security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive data initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
