Job Description

Core Skills & Expertise

Deep expertise in Datorama / Salesforce Marketing Intelligence Workspaces Strong understanding of marketing data ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, web analytics)

Experience with data ingestion (connectors, APIs, ETL logic) Proficiency in data modeling, harmonization, and KPI frameworks

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills (data + visualization layers) SQL and data transformation knowledge (preferred) Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Incident Resolution

Monitor and resolve issues across data imports, connectors, KPIs, and dashboards Troubleshoot ingestion failures (API/connectors/file loads) and data discrepancies Diagnose and fix calculation logic, classification rules, and data model issues Resolve dashboard bugs, performance issues, and broken visualizations Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident response, resolution, and communication

2. Standard Service Requests

Manage user access, roles, and workspace permissions Execute minor configuration updates (data streams, mappings, naming conventions) Support workspace-level changes (filters, views, widget adjustments) Maintain documentation and audit logs for all changes

3. Change & Enhancement Requests

Onboard new data sources and connectors (paid media, CRM, web analytics) Enhance dashboards (new KPIs, layout optimization, drill-down capabilities) Implement UX improvements and business-driven reporting enhancements Support evolution of data models, taxonomies, and harmonization layers Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Datorama solutions

4. Data Quality Monitoring & Governance

Implement data validation rules, KPI checks, and anomaly detection frameworks Monitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy across pipelines Configure alerts and thresholds for data inconsistencies Maintain KPI integrity and ensure alignment with business definitions Support auditability (data lineage, transformation logic transparency)
