Summary:
As a Deployment Network Engineer, a typical day involves designing and deploying telecommunication network infrastructures to support seamless connectivity. The role includes overseeing the construction and adaptation of services for both new and existing points of presence and base stations. Throughout the day, the engineer implements, commissions, and decommissions network equipment, ensuring that all network components function optimally and meet operational standards. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders is essential to coordinate activities and maintain network integrity across multiple locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of network deployment projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication network design principles and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of network equipment.
- Ability to manage and adapt network infrastructure to evolving technical requirements.
- Familiarity with network performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
