Summary:
As a Deployment Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying telecommunication network infrastructures. Your typical day will involve managing construction and adaptation services for both new and existing points of presence and base stations. You will also implement, commission, and decommission network equipment, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet the required specifications. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration and functionality of network services, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the deployment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the training and development of junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously assess and improve network deployment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
